Prior to our first meeting, we visit your web site on our own time, and pre-read your marketing materials at no cost to you. In our project consultation, we ask questions and gather information to gain a conceptual understanding of your company and industry. We listen to you carefully, so we can fully understand and meet your needs. This ensures you get a high quality product every time.
Most, if not all, ongoing communications are conducted remotely – via email, fax or phone.
Client's Role:
When you receive our quote, please read it very carefully. It will review our understanding of your needs. Please make sure we understand correctly what you want done. This will help to avoid time delays and additional charges.
Our agreement will include Michael Grant’s writing services, a consultation and two revisions on the original project agreed upon.
Outsourcing for professional writing is an investment, and we want to provide the best return. Therefore, we appreciate regular contact from our clients.
Priority Service:
